Alison Meagher played college softball for Division 1 Rider University in the 2012-2013 season, where she pitched 153 innings as a freshman, the most on the team. After an injury set her back a couple of years, she continued her softball career at division 3 The College of Staten Island. She finished at CSI with a career 1.95 ERA in 244 innings pitched with 181 strikeouts and 68 earned runs. She also finished batting .315 with 5 homeruns and a .459 slugging %. Alison was a team captain her senior season at CSI, 5x CUNYAC Pitcher of the Week, CUNYAC Player of the Week, 2x 1st team all-conference and CSI Pitcher of the Year.

She is currently the Volunteer Assistant Softball Coach at Rutgers University and Director/Head Coach at the travel organization; Untamed Softball. Previously, Alison was the Assistant Coach at NYU from 2019-2022. 

Alison coached Benedictine Academy in Elizabeth NJ for three seasons. 2016 was her first year as Head Coach, after 2 seasons of being an Assistant. She coached Benedictine to their first ever state sectional title and was named by NJ.com the 2016 Union County Coach of the Year. She also coached 2 years of travel softball with the 18U North Jersey Outlaws in 2014 & 2015 and was the head coach of the 14U NJ Insanity from 2016-2018. She is a Rutgers Certified Youth Coach and a Certified ASA Umpire. Alison also works as a softball instructor at Gamers Baseball Academy in Kenilworth, Fred Hill Sports Academy in Verona, and BB Grandslam in South Plainfield.

In August of 2015, she started a business called Ali Meagher Productions (AMP). She films and edits softball and baseball recruiting skills videos and has first-hand knowledge of the college recruiting process. Her experience as a player and a coach allows her to not only film, but instruct as well. AMP uses former and current college athletes to assist in the filming process.

She played travel softball for the NJ Inferno Elite Gold for 3 years and began playing 18U Gold as a 15-year-old. She was a 4-year Varsity letter winner at Arthur L. Johnson High School in Clark NJ. She was team captain and team representative on the Athletic Leadership Council. She led the team, as the starting pitcher, to 2 Conference Championships. In her Junior and Senior years was chosen First Team All-Conference and senior year was First Team All-County and 3rd Team Group II. She received the Frank Ciccotelli Scholarship in 2012. Alison finished with a 1.79 ERA with 131 strikeouts in 106 innings on the mound.

Jon Gribbin returns to Caldwell for his second season an assistant baseball coach in 2020.
 
Jon played for two seasons in a Caldwell uniform in 2015 and 2016. He posted three wins and two saves with a 3.68 ERA and 49 strikeouts while with the Cougars.
 
Jon previously worked an assistant baseball coach at Union County College in 2016-18 as the program’s pitching coach. He also a baseball coach and pitching instructor at the Gamers Baseball Academy.
